Diagnostiek:


Bij acute streptokokken infectie:

  • Kweek uit verschillende materialen

Bij post-streptokokken ziekte:

  • post-streptokokken glomerulonefritis, artritis, acute reuma of roodvonk).
  • Anti-Dnase B uit stolbloed of heparine plasma, 500 µl serum of heparine plasma nodig.
  • AST (antistreptolysine) uit stolbloed of heparine.
